High school was a struggle at times, and the disruption wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic certainly didn't help. But last week, Kirby completed his senior year at Energy Institute High School. We're all very proud of him.
Kirby is not going to immediately attend a four-year college; he's probably going to take a couple of courses at HCC and find a part-time job while he takes a breather and figures out the next phase of his life.
