Can't say the same thing for the people of Florida, however. They need another hurricane like Dubai needs more cars.(Sorry for the cheesy analogy, but I couldn't help it. My taxi ride back to the hotel this afternoon took over thirty minutes, even though my office is no more than three miles from my hotel. Traffic congestion in this city is beyond horrible, and it gets worse every day.)
